Is the season pass personal?
Yes, any type of subscription is personal and non-transferable.
How long is the season pass valid?
The season pass is valid every day of the season.
Can I enter and exit the Park during the day?
It is possible to freely enter and exit the Park several times during the day. Keep your ticket and have the staff stamp it at the exit.
Can I buy my tickets online?
All park tickets and passes are available online.
All tickets and season passes are available on-line. Buy tickets from our website, easy and safe, present your tickets at the entrance, either in paper form or on your mobile, avoiding queue at the ticket office.
How does Cavour behave in the event of rain and/or severe bad weather?
In case of bad weather, the Park reserves the right to postpone the opening and in any case any daily closure will be communicated on our channels by 12:00. In case of bad weather we recommend you contact the park by telephone.
Is it mandatory to wear a cap?
It’s not mandatory.
Are there sunbeds and umbrellas?
Umbrellas are free while supplies last. Sunbeds are subject to a fee of €3 per day (lawn area) and €4 (beach area). Sunbeds and umbrellas cannot be booked.
Can I bring my dog or any animal into the Park?
We love animals very much but unfortunately the legislation does not allow us to host pets, even small ones.
Can I access the parking with my camper?
You will be able to access the reserved parking area for daytime parking only at a cost of €3.00 per day. The car park opens at 9am and closes at 8pm.
What do I do if I lose something inside the Park?
Contact the Park info point/ticket office immediately.
Who should I contact if I need medical assistance?
In case of emergency, contact our staff immediately.
Do pools and slides have access restrictions?
Each attraction is regulated by specific rules. These rules are displayed at the entrance to each individual attraction.
How do I book a group visit?
Organizing a group visit is very easy. Simply fill out the appropriate form in the Groups section of our site.
Is it possible to have a picnic in the park?
Of course, the Park is equipped with special shaded picnic areas with tables and benches.
Are there menus for celiacs at the Park?
Yes, for any doubts or needs, please contact our staff.
