The information office located in the ticket office offers information and directions on the Park;
The ticket office closes at 5pm;
It is possible to temporarily exit the park using a special exit stamp;
To report or collect a lost item, contact the ticket office;
It may happen that, due to maintenance or technical failure, some attractions are not available. The ticket is not refundable in any case;
ENTRY TO ANIMALS IS FORBIDDEN.
Each attraction is subject to regulations. Check the rules to be respected upon entry. The Park declines all responsibility for accidents or damage to people or things caused by imprudence or failure to comply with the “Park Safety Regulations”; furthermore, it is not responsible for anything stored inside the lockers or left inside the Park;
Services
PARKING
The cost of parking for cars, campers and buses is €3 per day, free for motorbikes and bicycles. It is not guarded. Expectant mothers have dedicated paid parking spaces. Disabled people have free, reserved parking spaces.
LOCKER
It is possible to rent a locker at a cost of €4 per day, with a deposit of €4 returned upon return of the key by 7pm
SUNBEDS
Sunbeds can be rented in 3 different points, PALM BEACH, PARADISE ISLAND and in the lockers/sunbeds rental area. The cost of rental on the beaches is €4, while for the lawn area €3.
BEACH UMBRELLA
The umbrellas are already positioned in the park, they can be freely occupied until they run out. It is not possible to introduce your own.
SHOWERS
The park is equipped with a free hot shower service, equipped with a solar panel heating system and water saving for a concrete commitment to protecting the environment.
CHANGING TABLE
There is a changing area with changing table near the toilets.
SERVICES FOR DISABLED PEOPLE
There are dedicated toilets inside the park. For any need our staff is available.
