The information office located at the ticket office offers information and directions of the park;
The ticket office closes at 17:00;
It is possible to temporarily leave the park by a special stamp on your hand at the exit;
To report or collect a lost object, contact the ticket office;
It may happen that, due to maintenance or technical failure, some attractions are not available. The ticket is in no case refundable;
Each attraction is subject to a regulation. Check the rules to be respected at the entrance. The Park declines all responsibility for accidents or damage to people or things caused by imprudence or failure to comply with the ``Park Safety Regulations``; moreover, the Park is not responsible for what is deposited inside the lockers or left inside the Park;
NO ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED INTO THE PARK

PARKING
The cost of parking for cars, campers and buses is € 3 per day, free for motorbikes and bicycles. IT IS NOT GUARDED.
Future mothers have dedicated parking spaces.
People with disability have reserved and free parking spaces.
LOCKER FOR RENT
It is possible to rent a locker at a cost of € 3 per day, with a deposit of € 2 witch will be returned at the moment you bring back the key, by 7 pm
SUN BED HIRE
Sun beds can be rented in 3 different places, PALM BEACH, PARADISE ISLAND and in the area of the lockers / beds rental.
The cost for renting in the beach areas is € 4, whereas for the lawn area € 3
SUN UMBRELLAS
The sun umbrellas are already positioned in the park, they are free of charge upon availability. It is not possible to introduce your own.
SHOWERS
The park is provided with hot shower service free of charge, equipped with a solar panel heating system and water saving for a concrete commitment to protect the environment.
CHANGING TABLES
In the bathrooms there is a dedicated area with changing table.
PEOPLE WITH A HANDICAP
There are dedicated toilets inside the park. For any need our staff will be happy to help.
